Appropriate candidates for early termination of supervision in the District of Idaho are those individuals who demonstrate significant gains and contributions that exceed compliance with the Court ordered conditions. Examples might be voluntarily making restitution or performance of community service not ordered as part of a sentence, educational or vocational achievements that were neither required nor expected by virtue of the defendant’s history or another significant circumstance that were not required by the conditions of probation or supervised release. Contact your attorney regarding filing a motion for early termination if you feel you meet the criteria.
