Masks are required of all visitors and must be worn at all times while in the courthouse, this includes in court. All staff are required to wear masks while in public spaces at the courthouse. | ||

The James A. McClure Federal Building and United States Courthouse was built in 1966 and on November 7, 2001 was designated in honor of the late James A. McClure.
The standard business hours for the intake counters of the office of the clerk of court will be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, except on legal holidays and any other day so ordered by the Court.
The clerkâs office staff is available for telephone assistance between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
