SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2025 Scammers are posing as court staff or police, claiming you missed jury duty. Hang up immediately. Real courts never demand money. Scammers may know your personal details, but don’t trust them. Never share information, pay for “warrants,” or buy prepaid cards or Bitcoin. To confirm your jury status, call your local court using a phone number you look up yourself.

One of these benefits is Central Sign-On, a login process which allows e-filing attorneys to use one PACER login and password to access any NextGen court (district, appellate and bankruptcy) in which they practice.
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court will convert to NextGen CM/ECF on March 8, 2021. The U.S. District Court will convert to NextGen CM/ECF on March 15, 2021.
Attorneys MUST obtain their own PACER account and upgrade it. For steps to do this, see the Important Information for Attorneys page by clicking here.
NOTE: Shared PACER accounts cannot be used by CM/ECF filers once the court has upgraded to NextGen.
