QUESTION 1: I am working on the contract and just wanted to see for the project code 2011, are you still wanting a GAIN or is the Comprehensive assessment with the ASAM going to be sufficient?

ANSWER 1: A comprehensive diagnostic interview for each defendant/person under supervision, to include a validated, structured diagnostic instrument, that is in accordance with state licensing standards. The vendor shall also take into consideration the biopsychosocial information shared by the USPO/USPSO, to include criminal history and personal characteristics.

QUESTION 2: I have a question about the contracts:

For reference, the following info is from Page L- 4 & 5 of 15:

c. maintain compliance with all applicable business and/or operating licenses as required by state and local laws and regulations. The Offeror is responsible for ensuring that proposed subcontractors have all applicable business and/or operating licenses as required by state and local laws and regulations.

d. maintain compliance with all federal, state and local fire, safety and health codes. The Offeror is responsible for ensuring that proposed subcontractors have appropriate documentation demonstrating compliance with all federal, state and local fire, safety and health codes.

Question: In the past we have been required to include documents that show compliance with the items in c. & d. Does the change in language for the current RFP indicate that we are to maintain compliance and we DO NOT have to provide documents showing compliance?

ANSWER 2: Correct, you don’t have to include documentation for those items. By you signing the certification of compliance document, that’s you agreeing to abide by those terms in the agreement. No additional documentation or proof is needed outside of you signing that document.
