This form is used to register for an account to file case documents on the District of Idaho Electronic Filing System. Qualified users who have registered will have privileges to electronically submit documents, view the electronic docket of filed cases,and/or receive notices via e-mail. The following information is required for registration. NOTE: Attorneys requesting to file documents electronically must be admitted to practice in the United States Courts for the District of Idaho pursuant to Local Rule or must be otherwise eligible to practice (Attorneys for the United States and Federal Defender Organizations). Attorneys MUST enter a VALID State Bar ID to receive an account.
